LECTURES
The CMHA isn't just about helping the seriously mentally ill. It's also about helping everyone to live a happier, healthier life, maintaining mental wellness and meeting the daily challenges that we all face - whether it's dealing with rude people or managing the stress of finances and parenthood.
Our lectures help businesses/organizations with their productivity issues by addressing mental health, mental illness and work-life conflicts within their work environment.
We offer a number of public lectures that range from full-day sessions, to quick - but informative - lunch and learn presentations. They're enlightening, stress free and even fun!
We conduct them in various venues across the Kawartha Lakes . But we will also come to your venue - or place of business - and can customize a session that's right for the needs of you and your group.
Contact us about costs and fees.
