Become a Member
By becoming a member you are showing concern and interest in mental health issues in your community and you have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients, their friends and families. Your ongoing support enables us to evolve and grow to meet the needs of those coping with mental illness.
Membership terms run from April 1st to March 31st.

By making a donation you give us the support we need to continue to deliver effective support services, advocacy, education and promotion of integrated care services in our community.

Become a volunteer
By volunteering your time to the Canadian Mental Health Association Kawartha Lakes Branch you can make a difference by helping us build a strong, caring community, Our volunteers are rewarded with personal satisfaction and growth as well as opportunities to build lifelong friendships.
We offer positions in a variety of areas such as Board of Directors, Education Program, Public Speaking, Special Projects, Task Forces, Social Recreation, Peer Support, Office Support, Newsletter Creation, Food Bank and Fundraising.
